About Claire Gould

Claire began writing calligraphy in 1990 and has been a full time calligrapher since 2005. Her family background has been a great influence, with her mother a recognised artist specialising in watercolour and pastels (DotGouldpainting.co.uk) and her father an expert in technical drawing. Claire grew up in the Lake District and now lives in Stockport.

Claire writes all of our calligraphy by hand, from names on your wedding invitations to personalised poems. She uses dip pens with Mitchell & Gillot nibs from Blots Pens and Scribblers.
